Shipping Info

• Please ensure that all address and delivery information is correct when placing your order. We are unable to make any updates to customer address and delivery information once an order is processed.

• All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 p.m. CST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

• We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address used for your order that will include tracking information for your shipment.


Returns & Exchanges

• If you aren’t completely satisfied with your NakedTones order, we honor returns up to 14 days after purchase for a refund. For assistance with a return, please reach out through our Contact form with your order number and additional details.

• Order the wrong shade? No problem! We also honor exchanges up to 14 days after purchase as well. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the exchange, and we will process the exchange upon receipt of product.
